Edwardian Art Nouveau Pearl and Amethyst Pendant
The Art Nouveau movement was know for its organic curving shapes, nature inspiration, and fantastically ornamental motifs. This vintage piece is a truly wonderful example of the Edwardian Era. The heart shaped pendant is made from 9k yellow gold, which was common for the time. Inlaid to the pendant are a collection of seed pearls and sparkling amethysts, with the amethysts weighing approximately 2.51ctw. The mid-century era chain is 18 inches in length, and is made from 14k yellow gold.
